Monsoon contains the world famous Mysore nugget coffee beans which have undergone a monsooning process unique to India in which green beans are exposed to annual monsoonal wind and rain. They absorb moisture, expand in size and take on a unique flavour and colour. This is one of the least acidic coffees in the world. Notes of maple and nutmeg and a smooth, heavy body perfect for milk-based coffee.The monsooning process was first discovered by chance during the British Raj and has given us one of our finest coffees.
